Interests: Bruce is a published writer and enjoys writing both fiction and nonfiction, collecting archaic/historic trades, leatherpress printing, timber framing, shoemaking, stone cutting, medieval and colonial bookbinding, lutherie and Adirondack furniture, playing the bass, ukulele, tenor guitar and banjo, and percussion.  Penny enjoys sock knitting, town committees, Epsom Town Band Manager, living history and travel.

How do you see JRHS impacting the students for their lives ahead? JRHS provides a more well-rounded education; not just modern technology-based. Students are encouraged to work with their hands, figure out mechanical/dexterous problems as well as the more standard classroom method of learning. This provides other options for success than might be realized by other schools.”
