Jackie Lacy

Jackie Lacy, Finance Manager, is responsible for recording financial transactions and creating financial statements for the Board of Directors. She manages tuition payment plans and financial aid awards, tracks donations, and expresses gratitude to the generous financial partners. Jackie was a member of the Board of Directors for 6 years. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Computer Science and looks forward to earning a Certificate in Interior Design in the spring of 2025.

Alongside her financial work, Jackie brings to JRHS her passion for chain maille. She has been a chain maille teacher for 6 years and has gained extensive experience in this field. Jackie has been happily married to Waine Lacy since 1988 and they have four children and five grandchildren. Three of Jackie’s children are JRHS alumni, with graduation years in 2009, 2018, and 2019. Outside of work, she is a Master Beader at Bead Bush Studio, studies color for interior design and volunteers alongside Waine in the Children's Church at Deerfield Bible Church. Her hobbies include bead weaving, chain maille, exploring color, and visiting Vermont.

When it comes to literature, Jackie enjoys reading books such as 'Soaring on High' by Mary Welchel, 'Redeeming Love' by Francine Rivers, and 'Get Out of Your Head' by Jennie Allen.

Her ultimate goal for JRHS is to create a Christ-centered community of students and faculty that will thrive for decades to come.

Jackie's journey to becoming the Finance Manager at JRHS was a result of her persistent prayers and trust in God. She asked God for over a decade to work at JRHS, and when the opportunity finally arose, it came unexpectedly and swiftly.

Jackie’s life verse is Proverbs 3:5-6.  ‘Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your path straight.’
