About Matt Mercier

Matt Mercier as a Board Member, my role along with other Board Members  involves overseeing the governance of the school. This includes making important decisions and managing budgets leaving  the day-to-day operations of the school to individuals who are more qualified in that aspect. He has been serving in this position for the past two years and holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Affairs and Journalism from Keene State College. Additionally, he has participated in the Hoffman Haas Fellowship organized by the NH Center for Nonprofits. Apart from his board responsibilities, he is also a business owner at Acapella Technologies and holds various other board positions. Matt is happily married to his amazing wife, Gina, and enjoys activities such as golfing and singing. One of his favorite books is Start with Why by Simon Sinek. His main goal as a board member is to uphold the tradition of excellence at JRHS while also expanding the school's offerings to have a greater impact. On a lighter note, he has had the privilege of singing the national anthem at Fenway Park several times with my barbershop quartet.
