About Matthew Hannan

Matthew Hannan is the Bible teacher at JRHS. He teaches Old Testament and New Testament survey courses for Freshman and Sophomore classes, as well as biblical worldview, comparative religions, and various Christian literature for the Junior and Senior classes. He has 10 years of education experience, has received his Master's of Divinity degree, and holds the prestigious Comenius Award from the Granite State Christian School Association. Recently, he has finished a year of pastoral training and provides pulpit supply for area churches. Matthew has been married for almost 4 years to his beautiful wife Heather and looks forward to having children soon. He enjoys playing hockey, board games, and building LEGO in his free time. His favorite books include Pilgrim's Progress, Moby Dick, and Robinson Crusoe. Matthew desires to preach the gospel to every student daily. A fun fact about him is that he has played hockey with several Bruins players.
