By Kathy Carlson

We are thrilled to congratulate Alyssa Buttafoco on her selection to the prestigious Governor’s Youth Advisory Council on Substance Misuse and Prevention! Alyssa is one of 21 high school students from across New Hampshire chosen to serve on this council, representing a range of belief systems, socioeconomic backgrounds, and life experiences. The council's mission is to help Governor Sununu and his team create effective, achievable strategies to combat addiction in our state.

Please pray for wisdom for this group as they work towards reducing addiction and its harmful effects in New Hampshire. We also ask for special prayers for Alyssa, that she may have insight and boldness as she represents the Christian perspective in this diverse council.

The JRHS Community is incredibly proud of you, Alyssa, and we stand behind you as you take on this important role!
