Baking Up Big Plans

Last Thursday, our Entrepreneurial Education class got a huge boost when Glenn Mores visited to guide us through the first stages of our pizza oven venture, Sentinel Slices. With decades of experience launching and running successful businesses like MicroData Group, Inc and 3rd Millennium Audio, he brought insights that sharpened our strategy and helped us refine our business plan. Pairing his expertise—and that of other mentors—with the energy and creativity of our students, we’re on track to fire up our ovens and officially launch by the end of October!
