Jesse Remington High School joins Gordon College’s Grapevine Consortium

On October 2, 2018 Headmaster Jeffrey Philbrick signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Gordon College becoming a member of the Grapevine Consortium. The Consortium is a strategic partnership with Gordon College in Wenham MA, which seeks to promote Christian Education in the lives of students, parents, faculty and staff. Among the benefits are scholarships for all JRHS students who enroll at Gordon, tuition discounts for faculty and staff attending courses at Gordon and reduced rates for conferences hosted at Gordon.

Over the years many JRHS graduates have attended Gordon. As a school we have participated in the NEXT Conference held each year at Gordon and have had many of our graduates attend Gordon. Becoming a member of the Grapevine Consortium strengthens the relationship between JRHS and Gordon.

Headmaster, Jeff Philbrick, had this to say about our recent partnership with Gordon College; "It is both exciting and strategic to form this relationship with Gordon College. For Christian Schools to be vibrant, relevant and sustainable, we need to forge working relationships with like-minded institutions. Gordon College and JRHS share in the common mission of raising up young people to be effective leaders with the skills necessary to be effective in the workplace, church and home. It was an honor to have Sharon Carlson of Gordon College as a guest at our last Agape Lunch to formalize our partnership and share about Gordon College’s Grapevine Consortium with the JRHS community."
