Student Welcome Day 2025

ree

New and returning students were invited to campus recently for the late summer "Welcome Day." The day opened up with some interactive "get to know ya" initiatives led by Miss Ellie and Mr. Martens. Then, everyone gathered in Shiloh Chapel for the inaugural chapel message of the year; Mr. Hannan framed "Learning is a gift from God" as our opening topic. Mrs. Sicard and Mr. Philbrick led a walking tour of campus, focusing on the Six Expected Student Outcomes students are to focus on. This included a visit to Pastor Remington's gravesite, where students considered their role as living monuments to his name and legacy. After some lunchtime fun and food, Mr. Samuelson led the students through some essential policy considerations, as well as training in the Learning Management System (LMS) platform.
